The Order & Proofing Process
Ensuring Your Wedding Stationery is Perfect
At SageVows, we take great care in crafting your wedding stationery, ensuring every detail is just right. To keep things smooth and stress-free, here’s a breakdown of how our process works:
Step 1: Choose Your Perfect Wedding Stationery
Browse our collection and select the stationery that suits your wedding style. Whether it’s Save the Date cards, Wedding Invitations, RSVP cards, Belly Bands, or Table Place Cards, we have beautifully designed options for you to personalise.
Step 2: Customisation Request Form
Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a customisation request form. This allows you to provide the details for your wedding stationery, including names, dates, and any other wording preferences.
💡 Need help with wording? No worries! We’re happy to provide suggestions to match your wedding style.
Step 3: Proofing & Approval
We’ll apply your custom details to your chosen design within two working days (often sooner). You’ll receive a digital proof via our store’s software, where you can:
✔ Review the design
✔ Request changes if needed
✔ Approve the final proof when you’re happy
📝 Important: We do not check for spelling, grammar, or missing details—this is up to you. We recommend carefully reviewing the proof and asking a couple of people to check it before approval.
Step 4: Printing & Production
Once you’ve approved all proofs, we’ll begin printing your order.
🔹 At this stage, no further changes can be made.
🔹 Depending on our print queue, production and quality control may take up to 10 days, ensuring everything is printed to perfection.
Step 5: Packaging & Delivery
After printing and quality checks, we carefully package your order and ship it out.
📦 Orders are typically delivered within a few days after printing, depending on their size.
