Can I customise my wedding invitations?

Yes! All of our wedding invitations, save-the-dates, and RSVP cards can be personalised with your details. Once you place an order, we’ll send you a digital proof to review before printing. If you need minor tweaks, we’ll work with you to get everything perfect!

How long does it take to receive my order?

For non-customised stock items, we aim to dispatch the next working day. Custom wedding invitations typically take up to two weeks from proof approval to delivery. However, we always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible!

Can I see a sample before I place a full order?

Absolutely! We highly recommend ordering a sample wedding invitation to check the quality, texture, and print before placing a full order. Sample packs are free of charge for up to 4 samples: View Sample Packs

Do you offer matching stationery sets?

Yes! We offer full wedding stationery suites, including invitations, RSVP cards, details cards, envelope stickers, and thank-you cards—all designed to match beautifully.

What’s the best time to send out wedding invitations?

For UK weddings, we recommend sending save-the-dates 6-12 months in advance and wedding invitations 3-6 months before the big day. If you're planning a destination wedding, aim for 8-12 months in advance to give guests plenty of time to plan.

How will my wedding invitations be shipped?

We use Royal Mail Tracked and DPD for all orders, ensuring a low-carbon delivery with reliable tracking. Plus, our packaging is fully recyclable and plastic-free, because we care about the planet as much as you do!

What if I need to make changes to my order?

Once you've approved your digital proof, we begin printing and unfortunately can't make changes. However, if you notice an error before approval, just let us know—we’ll be happy to adjust it!

Do you offer wedding invitations for same-sex and civil ceremonies?

Yes! Love is love, and we proudly create wedding stationery for all couples. Our designs can be fully customised for LGBTQ+ weddings, civil partnerships, and vow renewals. Need something extra special? Just get in touch!

What printing methods do you use for your wedding invitations?

We use high-quality digital printing for all of our wedding stationery, ensuring crisp, vibrant colours and a luxury finish. Our inks are eco-friendly, and we carefully select FSC-certified, recycled papers to minimise our environmental impact.

Can I reorder more invitations if I run out?

Absolutely! We recommend ordering a few extra invitations just in case, but if you need more, we can quickly reprint your design. Just get in touch, and we’ll arrange a reorder for you.

Do you offer bulk discounts for large wedding orders?

Yes! If you’re ordering for a large wedding (150+ guests) or need multiple stationery items, we offer bundle discounts to help you save. Just get in touch.

Do you offer rush orders or express delivery?

If you need your wedding stationery urgently, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate fast-tracked production and express delivery where possible.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the UK, but we are working on expanding our reach soon! If you're outside the UK and interested in our products, send us a message, and we’ll see if we can help.
